Servimodul Construction recently had the privilege of assisting the Thailand Consul with a significant water damage issue in his home. Upon inspection, we discovered that the bamboo flooring had sustained extensive damage and needed immediate replacement. Our team quickly went to work, meticulously removing the damaged flooring and installing a new fiber-cement subfloor for added durability. To elevate the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the space, we opted for Luxury Vinyl Planks from Karndean Design Flooring, known for their superior quality and resilience. In collaboration with our partners at Karndean and their chief installation team, we meticulously designed the new layout to ensure optimal results. Additionally, we replaced all baseboards and quarter round trim to complete the seamless transformation. By importing the flooring from Europe, we ensured that our customer received nothing but the best materials and craftsmanship. The end result was a stunning and resilient floor that exceeded our customer's expectations, restoring both beauty and functionality to his home.
